Maleku + Río Celeste
The best combination of nature and culture
The Maleku indigenous reserve is the greatest cultural wealth that we have near the Arenal area, and sharing a ceremony with them is something unique that should not be missed.
In the Tenorio volcano we have one of the seven natural wonders of Costa Rica, a rank granted through a vote carried out by Costa Ricans who love this treasure called Río Celeste. The slopes of the volcano will be our destination. We will start the walk on a path that offers a wide diversity of flora and fauna as part of the attraction, as well as a charming waterfall. At the end of the trail, you will find the site where two rivers of crystalline waters converge, this is where the water turns turquoise. It is not an act of magic, it is a natural spectacle that you can only appreciate in the place known as El Teñidero.
